If you know me or my family at all, you know we are on the go all the time and especially different times of the year get more hectic than others.  I'm sure you and your family can relate.  A lot of these strategies listed below are ways I use to help calm the chaos which helps me gain great nutrition, better time management, and the whole family uses the Cozi App to help plan our grocery list and our meals so the kids can help pitch 
in and get dinner started if Mom is running late or meeting with clients.
